Loving Conflict Immersion at Myzelium Projekt: Germany

October 2, 9, 16 (virtual) & 24-26 (in person)

Can you imagine conflict being loving?

Do you want to practice new ways of responding and repairing?

Are you interested in skillful relationships that can handle tough moments?

Loving Conflict is a commitment to everyone having the skills for relational care and transformation.

Immersions move a group through principles, concepts, skills, and practice of Loving Conflict:

  • Sharing language for our bodies' responses in conflict
  • Mapping the stories and cycles of conflict in our lives
  • Practicing tools to transform tough moments together
  • Building skills for understanding, requests, boundaries, apologies, and more

As we are building out a world organized by transformative justice, Loving Conflict supports our relationships with each other at the interpersonal and neighborhood level.

This immersion is coordinated by  Jules Davis-Dufayard and Timo-Lia from the Myzelium Projekt and is facilitated by Char Kasza with Brintha Yasodaran.

More about Loving Conflict Practice Groups

Could conflict be transformative and trust-building?

Abolitionist leaders like Mariame Kaba have emphasized that it's not enough to critique systems of punishment—we must also create viable alternatives grounded in healing, accountability, and care. This is the essence of Loving Conflict: a practice space for learning how to be in conflict without reproducing harm. It is a playful, embodied, and community-rooted approach to Transformative Justice.

Could we build skill to stay *together* better in our world of fascism and late stage capitalism?

Loving Conflict integrates trauma-informed tools (from The Resilience Toolkit), movement, creative exercises, and group dialogue to shift how we respond to tense dynamics.

Through practice groups, we develop inner and interpersonal resources for navigating conflict, making space for collective flourishing beyond punitive logic. We nurture a culture where conflict can be welcomed as a portal to connection, trust and collective transformation.
